Terms of Service

1. The service

ORION Build lets you describe an app or website, have ORION build it, preview it and publish it. You are responsible for what you ask ORION to build and for how you use it.

2. Your account

You sign in with ORION ID or a passkey. Keep your devices secure; actions taken from your signed-in devices are treated as yours.

3. Coins and payments

Builds and AI answers are paid in coins bought in naira. New accounts receive free starter coins. Until an account has bought a coin pack or a plan, each version of an app built with free coins is shown for 24 hours after it is built; after that its preview and address show that the free preview has ended. Nothing is deleted, and buying any coin pack or plan shows every app again. You are charged only for builds that succeed. Coins are not cash, cannot be transferred out and are not refundable except where the law requires.

4. Your apps and content

You own the apps and content you create. You give us the rights needed to host, build and show them. Do not build anything illegal, fraudulent, harmful or that infringes others' rights; we may remove such apps and close accounts.

5. App Market

Sales between users in the App Market are agreements between buyer and seller. ORION Build charges a commission on each paid sale — 10% of the price for apps built on ORION Build, 15% for apps from outside developers — shown before you buy, and records the steps but is not a party to the payment between you.

6. Availability

We work to keep ORION Build available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous three months.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it.
