Delete your ORION Build account

This page deletes an ORION Build account (orionhud.org, the ORION Build app for Android and the ORION Build app for iPhone and iPad all use the same account).

What is deleted

Your name, email address, username, passkeys and every sign-in (you are signed out on every device and in every copy of the app). Your apps are taken out of the App Market straight away. Unused coins and any plan time left are lost and can't be refunded from here.

What is kept

Payment records (amount, date, product and order number) are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires (up to 7 years), then deleted. They are no longer linked to your name or email. Google Play and the App Store keep their own purchase records; a subscription bought there is cancelled in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions) or in your Apple ID settings.

How to delete it

  1. In the app or on orionhud.org: Account → Devices & sign-in → Delete account (it brings you here).
  2. Or sign in at orionhud.org, open this page (orionhud.org/delete-account.html) and use the button below.
  3. Can't sign in any more? Email hello@orionhud.org from the address on the account and we delete it within 30 days.
